Day 11 in a rushed 30 day trip around the world. I arrive in New Delhi and learn that the city is on High Alert with news reports of terrorist threats. I go to the New Delhi rail station to find the famed Tourist Bureau, which turns out to be an oasis, with friendly travel agents who book all of my rail travel in India. Then I board the train and meet a friend.
