    I don't understand your comment, Tamarillo. This is simply the way people eat in under-developed countries. This is the way mankind has been feeding for the last couple of thousand years. It is only recently that we have started doing differently in Western countries. I agree, it is pretty shocking, but not "selfish" and "deranged"....
