I was amazed to find out you could actually rent the pole house - the iconic James Bond looking house that overlooks the Great Ocean Road. It was built on a single concrete pole and has 360 degrees views over Fairhaven beach - absolutely awesome! Inside, it's a 70s timewarp, orange lights and cork walls. Apparently it was the only house surviving Ash Wednesday bushfires in 1983. It sleeps two (ad says four).

    Dear Baxta, Hello from she who runs. I thought that the giggle sound-track would have reassured you, though admittedly, the panting (alledgedly exaggerated for comic effect, though, methinks it could have more to do with general lack of fitness) is potentially distrubing. I can't remember why I was running, but I think it was mostly to show off the architecture of the house. BTW we love your skate boarding video. :-)

    Strange - it had a fairytale/horror flick vibe to it. Why was she running away?
